Assistant Store Manager – Experienced (Full Time)

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Lozells on a full-time, permanent basis.

The successful candidate will:

  • Support the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store.

  • Lead, motivate, and develop the team to deliver excellent service.

  • Assist with stock management, rota planning, and operational standards.

  • Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.

We are seeking someone who is Experienced in a supervisory or management role (retail or hospitality preferred).

  • A strong communicator with leadership qualities.

  • Reliable, hands-on, and able to work under pressure.
